Cowboy Funk

Spike is after the Teddy Bomber, who hides explosives inside stuffed bears and brings down high-rises with them. Every time he closes in, a self-styled cowboy named Andy crashes the scene on horseback and wrecks it. The two spend the whole case getting in each other's way, and at the end Andy announces he is done being a cowboy and leaves Spike his hat.
